Shadow Falls Arts is a volunteer-driven neighborhood group that celebrates art and artists by encouraging interaction and community among residents of Shadow Falls, bordered by Cretin Avenue, Marshall Avenue, Mississippi River Boulevard and Summit Avenue in Saint Paul.
